SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

Program Description This messaging program sends appointment confirmations, project consultation reminders, follow-up communications, and customer support messages to homeowners who have submitted a form or scheduled a consultation through our website at affordaview.org and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent.

Cancellation You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number that sent you messages. After you send "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin, sign up as you did the first time and we will resume sending messages to you.

Carrier Liability Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
